Update failed! ERROR_INTERNET_CANNOT_CONNECT

Warframe is up to date.I tried re installing it. but it always says the same whenever it checks for update. 
I have internet connection but it says 
" Update failed! 
The content servers are temporarily unavailable. 
ERROR_INTERNET_CANNOT_CONNECT 
The update will be restarted shortly.."

I searched everywhere in google but can't find any fix for it. Please fix this

In this case you can try restarting your pc, restarting the roouter or disconnecting the roouter internet cable for a minute at least
