Kuva vacuum not resetting and doing infinite loop

Recently I have noticed that while doing kuva floods and siphons, whether solo or in a squad the kuva wave never appears and the vacuum never resets.

Not sure if anyone has had issues, but it seems to be a frequent occurrence.

If DE is reading this please check to see if this loop bug can be fixed.

I remember I encountered a bug one day where an enemy Osprey spawned as a Kuva Cloud. As in the Siphon tried sucking them up for eternity. Only way to end it was to kill the enemy which had gotten stuck on the Siphon.

Not sure if this is the same as what you're experiencing.

happened to me, you have to check the whole map sometime because the kuva is lost somewhere. I just look a the general direction and can find it 2 or 3 tiles away (found one near spawn one time). Or sometimes it's in the same tiles but stuck on a stair or something. It's a bit annoying with loki because of the muffled sound.

Map : mars and ice planet most of the time for me.

Between that and the times where the kuva spawn right next to the machine in a cramped room, the whole process still feel clunky at time.
