Tabbing at Index Mission End and Losing Connection

Please, in the name of grofit, fix the disconnection that causes you to lose all your rewards whenever you hold tab (or whichever key you have set to show a brief mission progress report) when the mission reward screen pops up when you're in a squad. It's happened to me more than once and it's been like this since the Index debut event. Might I add, it's quite infuriating. 

Don't tell me to "just don't press tab then," it's an issue that should be fixed.
