Twitch Prime Loot Question

Would other people I'm sharing our network with be able to claim the prime loot? I was the first to get it where I'm at and for some reasons, my friend cannot get it to work(using the same PC). 

Would love some clarification on that. Could there be a limit on how many you get on the same network?

Doubt there would be as it's linked to your account, not network. as long as different payment methods were used (different credit/debit cards were used (or it can be unlinked)) then you would be safe, if you are still unsure still use a VPN, in order use it but i doubt you would need it.
