How to change "trade chat" region on PS4?

Hello boys, I'm from Italy, but lately on these months there was a huge decrease in the number of players active on that chat, in the afternoon we can barely reach 10 players. So thats where my question born. Is there a way to change the region trade chat with a more bigger one? Maybe a big european chat.

I already tried to change the region which I'm playing on by going to the options, but my trade chat still on the italian side. Am I doing something wrong maybe?

Try changing the ps4's language to english.
