He Can't Post On Forum?

My husband's account appears blocked from the forum somehow. He can view and read the forum, but can't post, reply, or start thread. 

 

He has no warning points, and no emails or notifications. 

 

How can he get help? He's posting a ticket, but wondered if there's something else he could try.

Tell him to log out and log him.
I just had the same problem. I could also see the new sub forum DE made for the new under 3 mission players that they're calling Pupils.
When I relogged on the forums, it fixed itself.

We have added a new user group for our players who have not yet completed 3 missions in Warframe. Users in the "Pupil" group will be able to read our forums, but not contribute until they have become experienced enough in game. If you accidentally find yourself in this group and know you have completed 3 or more missions, simply log out and in.
