Crash issues at Remastered Earth tilsets with DX9

So its been awile sence Earth remastered was added but i havent still seen any fixes or solutions towards ppl whos pc  runs on DX9 due earth remastered simply wont run on it it just crashes non stop, eaven tho Steve did  state that it wont change performance etc.. while it does and alot, all other planets, tilsets run just fine. Which leads to upcoming content   Fields of Eidolon which will be most likely not accsessible to anyone whos running on DX9 aswell which is sad, i am still hopeing devs will come up with solution to tht like option to disable some of the graphics tht were added to earth remastered.
