Acid Base Sniper Rifle

Is anyone else feel like all the sniper rifle's' are all pretty much the same except with a little different changes. I feel like an acid base sniper rifle will create a new style of using sniper rifles of where instead of one shotting everything you can weaken all the target and then finish it off with a ultimate skill.

Look at acrid and how it is used to "weaken" enemies so they can finished with ult and answer urself how much of ur idea will actually work.

For some reason---, should be a low damage sniper with hight rate of fire.

a sniper for a support role would be awesome, maybe one that weakens enemies or makes them stagger/knocks them down every shot but doesn't do alot of damage.
