Performance Deteriorating

My PC isn’t really the best, but I used to be able to get ~90 FPS on the ship and ~40 on any planet that’s not earth. Now, I’m barely getting 20 FPS on my ship, even with razer running.

 

Here’s my specs. I know many of you would probably get mad at me for even trying to play this game but I don’t have any better options.

 

I just don’t know why my FPS just suddenly dropped so terribly... any tips on how to fix this or just increase performance in general would be greatly appreciated.
