About The Stalker

After update 9,I realized that the Stalker became more powerful because

he knows how to use Despair now.But,another thing I have noticed is he

does not drop any blueprint anymore,even Dread.I have not even

collected Despair.My friend called them cheapskate because after I told

him about the Stalker not dropping blueprints anymore,he knew that the

only way to get the weapons from buying the "What Stalker" pack using

Platinum.I still don't get it if the creators really mean to make the stalker

not drop any blueprints anymore so people can buy platinum and buy

the pack.

i just got the despair for the second time yesterday... and dread i still have 3 of.

its not that he never drops them, its just very rare that he does.

I have all three weapons, wrested from the cold defeated hands of the Stalker.

 

It'll take some time, but you'll get all of it eventually.

I got my first drops from Stalker after U9, Hate and Despair from 3 Stalkers. You're just running into bad luck.

3 encounters after U9, only at the last one, when he wasn't after me, did he drop something (Despair). Very inconsiderate of him, especially as I only need Dread to complete the set. :)

My advice - Patience, Patience, Patience.
