gopher Posted February 3, 2013 Share Posted February 3, 2013 It's an artifact. You can equip them when waiting to start a mission or from the deck menu when looking at your profile. They provide different bonuses. Steel charge, for example, gives bonus melee danger. The bonuses are provided to the entire team. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
