Resource Acquisition Ideas

Okay, at the moment there are 2 ways to get resources. Missions and Buying with platinum. There is a long list of things about getting resources from missions, so let's jump to the platinum option. Right now there is no "Buy in bulk" options for them so that could use a little tweak which I'm sure can be easily done. Other than that, not a whole lot to really do to the platinum purchase of resources.

Moving on to the "Resources from missions" part. 1st idea, Resource Cache Alert. The idea I have in mind is a timed mission, go in and you have X amount of time to get to the "vault" and get the resources, which would be a bundle of say 30 morphics, 20 fieldron samples, 5K salvage, ect. Just a massive collection of resources, and you have a certain amount of time to go though the mission, get the resources, and get out.

Another idea, a aura mod that increases drop rates by like 1% to maybe 5%, just something simple that can be added, this could even be tweaked to work on making mods drop for those whom want that.

And finally, an "outside of mission resource drop". To explain it better, look at when you are in the game and a resource drops, you have no idea what it is until you pick it up, well almost no idea. If it is yellow it could be the two common resources, orange for uncommon, blue for the rare one which could be a fieldron sample or mutagen, ect. My idea is a Resource Drop you can buy, with credits, outside of missions. Basically, it is a forced resource drop, for credits, outside of a mission, just toss credits at it and you get the normal amount of resources as if you picked it up in a mission, like 1 fieldron or 128 salvage. And it would be completely random, so you buy it for say...50K, and can get either 1 fieldron, or maybe 2 gallium.

TL;DR, More platinum resource bundles, Resource drop rate increase aura mod, Resource Cache Alert Races, Resource version of Mod Packs that cost Credits.
