Another launcher white screen issue

Hello. Returning player here. PoE is launching next week, and I've been trying to figure out this problem since one and a half month ago; The top right buttons are functional. But the whole launcher does not. Unchecked both directX 10 and directX 11 and on fullscreen mode. 2 months ago I bought to a newer machine, installed and updated drivers properly as said, but I kept being stuck in a white screen in the launcher such as threads like this one;

Tried reinstalling, updating my display and sound drivers and all that, no progress. I'm running on a Windows 7 Ultimate, 8GB RAM, Intel i5, NVIDIA GeForce 840M GC. Sending a support ticket soon. Not preparing for PoE is unbearable and I havent got my hands on the arca weapons. Maybe this is my punishment for trying to get hentai prime.
