Drop Table For Elemental Weapon Mods

I wasn't sure which section this should go under, so please could a mod move this if this is the wrong place, thanks.

 

Since some of the more recent updates, I think around 8.3 I have noticed that the elemental mods for weapons don't seem to drop as often, specifically ice elemental for rifle and pistol, electrical for rifle and fire for pistol.

 

I know on the wiki that it appears other people have been having this. I do seem to get a lot of other mods, including powers for frames I don't need.

 

What I was thinking was, rather than drops being universal perhaps elements could be more specific to certain factions? At least that way if you want a specific one then you just farm faction x until one drops.

 

I think trading of some description will help, but in the mean time it would be nice to know where to go to get them.

Actually they are in specific factions, and the Devs said that they will add trading on later updates.
