GPF & Assertion failure crashes....(Graphics driver crashing??)

Every 10-50 minutes my game will freeze, then i get a black screen, then i see the warframe launcher thingy saying my game crashed and asking if i'd like to send a report. Sometimes my whole pc crashes and I'm forced to restart

When looking in my crashlogs i see only 4 of the crashes, 3 of them state the crash reason as GPF and one says assertion failure. 

I've tried... 

- running it with and without steam

- running without 64bit and with 64 bit enabled. 

- Have also tried running in full screen & windowed. 

- Have verified game cache in the launcher aswell.

- Underclocking graphics card

GPU: RX480 8gb
CPU: FX-8320
RAM: 8gb DDR3
HDD: 7200 Seagate

Windows 10

I can paste a crash log if needed.
