I've never noticed this before but Psychic Bolts is the one ability I've never found via drop, and remains the only one I have no duplicates of, hm. This really should be in the bugs section, not feedback. I always thought I was just unlucky but if others haven't gotten it from a drop as well. This should really get fixed.
