Freez up/crash after re-entering to Cetus

Hi I like this update but I have a huge problem with it. So After I enter to Cetus from the Plains after a mission or farming my game freez up after a min or two in Cetus and it happen almost every time and it got so bad for me that after every farm or mission I have to leave Cetus after entering it then go back in a calm/empty server and then can I do trading or accept a new mission other wise I risk a almost granted crash/game freez.

 

I don't know what is the problem with Cetus for me my computer have:

Inter Core i7-4790k CPU

I am seriously don't know what my problem is. Is it something with the virtual ram or something?
