Cant equip Covert lethality on a dagger zaw

Basically what title says, I equip the covert lethality mod on a dagger zaw, back out of the menu and it unequips. very frustrating as the only thing I want to use my zaw for is instakilling but I cant do that

Well they obviously haven't thought of doing that yet since it's a big &#! game with a big &#! number of mods and a big &#! list of things to do and remember for Digital Extremes. Although it does suck but they might add it some day when they realize it probably should be on there. Also everything in cetus/PoE is new and a F*** ton of stuff still has to be fixed and changed.
