Transported 600m back after using Operator

I was just running the third part of today's Sortie and had entered the final room to fight General Sargas Ruk. I accidentally pressed 5 instead of 4 and my Operator popped out, then walked off the map next to Ruk—there's a small area there you normally avoid. When I respawned back onto the map, I was over 600m away from the final room.

I just quit the mission. I should have respawned in the same room near where I stepped off the map.
