Has anybody else had this problem where they have been watching partner streams and not gotten loot for the last ~5 hours despite having no problems before that time? I did exactly the same and have been getting the "too many users...." error since. Hope there is a fix soon coming, because I got really hyped by twitch drops and prime loot (first time ever that I have made use of twitch prime).
