I did 35 waves of Xini and every reward was Heated Charge/Hellfire/Molten Impact. Then I get the new t3 keys on wave 5 for the next two runs. And yeah, it's better to just farm them and if you have a group of friends or clan members who also have keys, then you could take turns rotating to use keys which then equals more runs.
