I am having somewhat similar issues. It will go through the launcher and check for updates, and let me hit play. the window comes up, and the bar loads to not even half, then it crashes and opens a hardware failure page in my browser. I have used the windows HDD error tools, and I can't get the ram tool to work. I will attempt to attach my DXDiag(new to the forum). I have never had any problems other than trying to enter Cetus and PoE which appears to be a common issue. I am unable to figure out what the issue is as I have been playing Fallout 3, and skyrim on my computer lately as well.

DXDiag is as follows
