High Ping and Connection Issues

I took a break from Warframe for around 2 months, now after the Eidalons update, I can barely play the game anymore. I have heavy connection issues, It often takes me around 3 minutes to join a mission, sometimes I lose connection to the host. Even when I join a mission alone. When I finaly in the mission, I experience heavy lags, but not fps drops, since both the warframe fps counter and steam one tells me my fps is over 120 constantly. My ping Is usually around 200 now. I really don't know why this happens to me, my Internet speed is at 5 mb/s, even a year ago with a 1.6 mb/s I could play warframe lag free. I don't download stuff while playing.

The game even sometimes throws me to the desktop, where I can still hear the game, but can't see or return to the game.

From the ~30 missions I played the last few days, only 2 where solid, I joined fast, the game was lag free. I really love this game, but It's extremely annoying to play like this.
