Where To Find T1/t2 New Void Keys?

Because i only get Old t1/t2 keys or new t3 keys... any preffered maps to drop new ones on lower tiers?

I'd say Venera, if there ever drops a Void Key at all (highly unlikely, at least until wave15)

You can only find new tower 1 and tower 2 void keys from tier 1 and tier 2 endless defense rewards.

 

Rewards for endless defense have 3 separate loot tables, one for each enemy faction (Corpus, Infested, Grineer). Each table is broken into 3 tiers (tier 1, tier 2, tier 3). Low level missions have a wave 5 reward chosen from the tier 1 list, mid level missions have a wave 5 reward chosen from tier 2, and high level missions have a wave 5 reward chosen from tier 3. Each set of waves after wave 5 will increase the tier the reward is chosen from by 1.

 

So, if you go to Venera (on Venus), your wave 5 will be chosen from the Corpus tier 1 list. Wave 10 will be chosen from the Corpus tier 2 list, and wave 15, 20, 25, and everything after that will be chosen from the Corpus tier 3 list.

 

However, Narcissus (on Pluto) starts on tier 3, so you can never get a reward from a lower tier. You have no chance of getting new tower 1 or tower 2 void keys (though you can still get tower 2 raid and exterminate keys). All of the rewards will be from the tier 3 list.

 

As you can see, it's actually harder to farm tier 1 and tier 2 rewards. Even if you start at the lowest level defense missions, you will only ever get one reward from a tier 1 list and one reward from a tier 2 list. On mid level nodes, you won't get a reward from tier 1 at all, and on high level missions, you can only get rewards from tier 3. For tier 3 rewards, provided you have the squad and the equipment for it, you can literally stay in an endless defense mission forever until you get something you want. For tier 1 and 2 rewards, you have to hope you can get something you want in the first 10 waves of a low-level defense mission.

edit: Venera is probably the best place to farm new t1 and t2 keys
