Performance goes down after 22.6.1

Hi im Jusbrod i play on PC.

 

After this update i got when i came home i decided to go on some plains missions and when i landed in cetus the area killed my frames i dont know if it might be the dynamic weather but i typicaly get 40 frames and now it has dropped to 12-16 only in cetus and the plains, anywhereelse its around the 40 mark. My friend told me to make a reprt on this . he told me to lower some display settings which i basicaly have all the power drawing ones down at this point and its still going 12 frames.

 

I tried to show some screenshots but i cant figure it out so ill just type what it says when I'm in Cetus 

This is for in warframe in cetus

CPU                Memory          GPU

88.3% CPU  21349MB         91.4%

And when I'm in my orbiter 

the CPU is around 13-14% the memory is roughly the same and the GPU goes form anywhere between 0-80 for short periods. These results are almost the same when in other missions.

 

 

I hope there is a fix to this if not ill just be playing everythign exept PoE i guess.
