Executioner Vay Molta needs her damage checked (Yam, Sedna)

I noticed a level 60 Vay Molta's airborne rocket attack will one-shot Rhino through a full Iron Skin effect. This occurs even with a grazing hit (some rockets avoided).

For comparison, the other executioner (Zura) didn't do much damage like that until level 90+.

Conditions:

• Fought at Yam, Sedna.
• Scaling enemies mod was in effect.
• Vay Molta was level 60 at time of first death.
• Abnormally high damage persisted through deaths (Vay Molta's and mine both).
