(PSN)Skillkapped Posted December 10, 2017 Share Posted December 10, 2017 So nearly 2 weeks ago I uploaded an clean clan emblem. My platinum is gone. It says it's pending approval. Seriously wth 2 weeks? I also have 2 tickets open about this one 10 days and another 5 days and have not gotten a response. Have to say I'm pretty disappointed here. What am I supposed to do? The support team has not responded to me my platinum, IE real money has been taken and I haven't received the product I have paid for.
