Monitor turns black when Warframe launched, PC still on

Whenever i want to launch warframe, my screen turns black and i am not able to move my mouse around or anything. My PC stays on but i'm not able to do anything, sometimes i can still hear audio and sometimes i can't. Every time this happens i have to shut down my PC manually and it keeps on repeating. On the rare occasion warframe actually does work, it is with many repetitions of this cycle. I would really love if anyone could help me as i am a new player and i'm really not sure what to do. This only has happened with warframe. Verifying the cache also does not work

I also get this problem as well and it has been an absolute pain to actually get into the game as having to constantly reset my computer in an attempt to actually get on the game its like 1 in 10 resets for me to get on.
