The launcher keeps crashing.

Hi, I've been having a problem with my game launcher and windows keeps giving me the following information:

I can't get the crash handler to appear. I'm not sure what copuld be wrong. I managed to get through it only one time by pure chance.  I hope it's nothing too serious
