I was banging my head on the wall after I applied forma on ogris and there was no polarity... and I also had one extra forma.... which I thought I used... There is an option dialogue that gets you through the forma process, without applying any polarity to a slot. That's what you did. Applying the forma without any changes to the slot polaritys.
