Panel hacking

This bug happened to me twice, once alone, once in squad. During the mission there are parts where the area locks and we are supposed to hack. The bug is that no panel for hacking appears. After I go through the map and return, the area locks and the panel appears, but it is also locked in another room and we can't get to it.

I'm not sure if you understand what I'm trying to say, but the point is we get to some point, the Lotus doesn't say anything and we are stuck. Hope you can fix the bug or find a solution for this. Thank you.
