New Frame Upgrading - Not Good

I find the new system pretty bad. Here is why.

1. You can't fully upgrade every skill without boosting the frame.

2. I personally dislike not being able to fully upgrade certain parts. Having a upgrade tree like it is now forces you to get a mix of things, instead of going down one route. Like getting full skills, then full enegry would be nice, instead of having to get a bunch of stuff like sheilds and health before that.

It would be better to just straight up have lines going down to upgrade certain parts rather then being forced to have things you don't really want just to get a skill upgraded.
