A Tile on Lua is really badly lit (could do with someone looking at the lighting in it)

Don't know if it's a bug, or if it's always been this way (don't go to lua often enough to see all the tiles) - If it's a bug, mods please move to bug sub-forum please :)

But the lighting in this tile is all over the place, operator and frame are barely lit at all, and the bloom is insane (i have my slider turned almost all the way down, it's basically off!)

Please fix! :)

EDIT:

Lighting throughout the rest of the tileset was as correct as i can remember.
