Repelling Bastille and Booben

So I just farmed out Vauban Prime and I want to make a build centered around Bastille with a high range (only 40% power strength). So is the augment for his 3 really that necessary?

Number of enemies which can be suspended by bastille scales with power str. You need that augment unless you want to CC only few mobs

i used to run a low str with his augment but that resulted in when the ability would expire the mobs that didnt die or if there was to many enemies on the intal cast wouldn't be lifted or repelled. i think its more profitable to run a high strength and spamm it cuz youll be doing that with low strength anyway
