Been having this issue, I cant even get the game at 144 fps anymore and even turning down the settings doent improve frame rate but i get these kinds of graphical errors all the time. Other games i cant even play anymore. The cpu starts to climb and gpu is rather docile. Any clues as to what is causeing this? everything ran and looked fine  days ago. i did very and optimize the gme too btw but teh issue persists. I even clean installed the latest drivers with DDU as well.

If you are running a Nvidia GPU deactivating PhysX might help. Let me know (you might need to restart the game after disabling it)
