Private Game to Join on Invitation Only

Most of the games I play are set to private, and my friends also do set to private, however sometimes another of my or their friends joins up - however we dont want thaht. We sometimes want two people in that party. Or are reserving the spot for someone else.

So what I want is a game setting that allows private games that includes you on invitation only.

While this sounds situational, it sounds useful and completely reasonable to ask for. I second this.

there is already a pop-up when someone invites you to a game.

I guess it could be easily done to give the host a pop-up aswell during gameplay where he/she gets a message that someone wants to join the current session.

Ofcourse the accept/decline should be done with keybinds (y/n ? )

No thats not what I mean. I mean that people should not join unless invited.
