We run all the time and hold shift to walk.. this way i don't have to take day long breaks for my hand to recover from playing. My middle finger and pinky on my left hand has had it with warframe. I will consider changing my key bindings but i still think walking is pretty pointless since its a race to finish the mission most of the time. Don't you realize you can rebind the keys in most games. Hell if you tried to rebind the keys in this game you'll notice that Warframe does have a toggle key binding, and a "HOLD" keybinding.
