Sentinel invulnerable and dead

So this one's a bit of an oddly-specific one.

Basically, when flying around in the Razorwing, your sentinel (or companion) goes invulnerable and disappears. If you die, the Sacrifice precept makes the sentinel appear while you're bleeding out to revive you.

I died in the Razorwing and it flashed instantly to the Revive? (4) screen, as you'd expect with no Sacrifice in a solo mission. The sentinel either died while attempting to revive me or didn't even show up. When I revived myself, the sentinel is still dead, doesn't appear, but is still invulnerable. Somehow.
