POE bounties not loading & main doors not opening on to the plains

Sometimes I’ve noticed when I’ve accepted a bountie it will count down and accept but once I’m on the plains the bountie doesn’t load and I’m left just wondering around until I click abort mission....also I’ve noticed on the odd occasion when waiting to exit onto the plains either solo or in a squad the main doors fail to open despite the loading icon appearing in the bottom left,I’ve sat and waited for a good 5 minutes and nothing so had to leave Cetus and return
