Shunned for failure

I got tired how the game seemed to randomly place me indefinitely stuck in "Finding Squad..." situations. Being stuck was verified by switching to SOLO mode and still having the matchmaker throw me in "Finding Squad...".

A few tests told a more consistent tale.

Failing a mission but trying again with the same squad would go through without a hitch.

Failing a mission, leaving the squad, and finding a new squad would result in the "Finding Squad..." bug.

Alt-tabbing out and tabbing back in immediately, then queuing up would be fine.

Alt-tabbing out for an extended amount of time (more than one minute) resulted in the "Finding Squad..." bug more often than not.

In most situations restarting the client resolved that issue. Rarely would I have to restart the client more than twice.

i experienced this bug for the first time today. i tried joining a match on exta after failing and it was stuck on finding squad. then i tried clicking it again and the game crashed

This bug happens to me all the time and it gets really annoying. I have to close the game out completelyand launch it a agian to get it to go away.

You just need to return to solar map and switch solo-online-solo or the other way around to fix it.

Scratch that, the switch from ONLINE to SOLO and back to ONLINE works half the time for me, and the other half of the time simply requires a full exit and restart of the game.
