Room Dependencies Need To Go (Clan Halls)

The new decorations and placement options are okay and all but the two main problems that make building in dojos a pain in the butt are:
1. Room dependcies
2. The child component system

The child component thing makes sense, however, room dependencies make no sense at all.
Example 1: If you build a "Clan Grandest Hall" you shouldn't be required to keep a "Clan Grand Hall" or any previous clan hall tiers in order to sustain higher tier clan halls after they're built.
This wouldn't be such a big problem if we were able to build multiples of the same clan hall and "replace" them by making a new one then destroying the old one, but we aren't allowed to do that.

This can make rearranging dojos a giant annoyance.
Example 2: Two different tier clan halls are placed on different floors from each other. Let's say an architect wants to completely destroy the floor a lower tier clan hall is on but keep the higher tier clan hall in tact. They wouldn't be able to do that due to the whole room dependency thing. They would instead need to destroy everything connected to the higher tier clan hall and then destroy the hall itself just to remove a now obsolete room.

I feel the removal of this old rule would do good for dojos as it should feel fun to build things rather than be limited by old systems that never made any sense to begin with.
