Suggestion: Room Rearrangement UI

I'd like to suggest a feature for clan architects, that allows them to rearrange existing rooms and hallways with a top-down drag-and-drop UI. With it, you could drag rooms around however way you wish, and then when it's the way you want it to, you can either preview it, or click "confirm" to finalize it. Rooms moved with this method would keep their decoration placements and whatnot.

With this, I also suggest there be a grid in this overhead view, so one can easily see how things should go together.
