Arid Fear Event Length

I just got back from the lake and found out about this new event, arid fear. I like it so far but will you be able to get points during the total time the event has rather than when we finish? I ask because I won't be able to get 100 points for the new mods if we keep blazing through the progress bar at this rate. I'd hate to be cheated out of mods just for going up to the lake for a day and enjoying my life. (that last comment was mostly sarcastic, mostly.)

Like all the other events its a grind. DE assumes that nobody wants to enjoy their weekend unless the mods don't interest them.

well most people have already gotten there 100 and stopped the progress has slowed down a bunch if you put some time in you can easily reach 100 points chances are we won't finish till late tomorrow or tuesday even the way it looks now we'll still win with breathing room but you can get to 100 easy

it's slowed down now actually bigschmexy, so I might have space but I'm staying up tonight it seems.

The quicker this event ends, the better. I thought it ended twice already, but, i just keep seeing more "1d" events popping up.

Also there is alot less "? Alerts", anyone else noticed that?
