Savior Decoy, Loki Augment instant death

I was doing survival today and I was suprised by insta death while I had my augment equiped.
Standard strategy, you put decoy anywhere and it should make you immortal for a second while taking fatal damage.
I don't know why but it make you instant death, you dont swap with your first ability and your teammates can't revive you. 
If u dont have it quiped it's ok, but otherwise you only have "revive" button.
I tested it few times in many location and builds with same resoult.


Saddly can't record it becouse of I would have like few fps.

So please DE fix it, I know that almost no one use it but it's must have on my build.
