Plague Star host migration gives almost no rep

I did a Plague Star mission where 4 Eidolon Phylaxis and 4 Infested Catalyst were added during the defense section. Escorted the drone to the big meteor cyst thing. Host left or dc'd when it got there and there was a migration. We fought the 4 hemocyte and killed them. The reward screen says I received "+525 Operation Supply" rep and my rep is 79,025/494,000.

I don't know if it's a ui bug not showing the correct rep earned or if we just didn't get the extra rep we earned. I've done so many 4/4 4/4 runs, I can't recall the default rep from using none.
