Venari's Attack posture breaks Lech Kril battle on both Mars and Ceres

Venari occasionally performs an attack where she whips around an enemy a few times, entangling them in chains and damaging them. If she performs this attack on Lech Kril at a certain point, he will stop moving/attacking altogether, and will simply stand still and spasm like he's being damaged by something. He never starts moving or attacking again once this happens, and the mission is impossible to complete as a result. 

I have verified this on both the Mars and Ceres boss battles, in both solo and matchmaking. As far as I can tell, it happens when she attacks him while one of his hoses is busted.
