Please change how exit works on survival fissures

When you finish a survival fissure, the game opens the exit before you are shown the reward screen.  This makes it possible to exit prior to being granted your reward if everyone happens to be camping exit waiting for the timer to go down.  It also consumes your relic.  This is really easy to fix:  Don't allow parties to exit while there is a reward screen pending (ie: after each 5 min cycle is up, the exit should be inaccessible until rewards have been given).
