Inconsistency in Excavation Power cells!

Please for the love of the god, can the spawn rates for the exacvator power cells be increased or atleast be consistent throughout the mission. Sometimes you get 3 or 4 guys with cells appearing at the same time and many times,no enemy with the cells spawn for atleast 3 to 4 minutes. Its absolutely sucks to just waiting here hoping that the RNG gods send one fo their powercell dudes over. Excavation as a mission is a pretty fun endless idea but if the spawn rates were altered it would be perfect. Knowing that, you have to do quite a few cryotic missions at the end of the day doesnt help it either. Its inefficient, poorly rewarding and especially not fun to wwait near an excavator for over 3 to 5 minutes just to get 100 cryotic.
