Better Recovery Items

Honestly, Health Restores and Shield Restores are boarderline useless. They're good for new Warframes, but beyond that, a Rank 30 Warframe with a high rank Vitality and/or Redirection mod(s) have little to no use for them because they restore so little.

 

Add in Health/Shield Restores that restore 250/500/750 instead of a measly 100. High rank Warframes could use some recovery items too.

Another idea for the restores is 100/250/500 HP/shields regenerated over 5 seconds (restoration over time), even when taking damage. For balance, a player can't stack the restores (i.e. you can't use two Large Shield Restores at once, but you can use one Large Shield Restore and one Large Health Restore at the same time).
