Well, since you are facing Corpus here, I'd use Fast Deflection. Since Corpus weaponry is effective against shields, something that regenerates your shields fast is good. At the same time, if they deplete your shields, you'd need all the health you can to stay alive.

 

All in all, it comes down to preference... again.

on normal scenarios id pick shield over vit for all of my frames because it regenerates over time and it would be nice seeing that by the end of the mission your frame has high health...

but the problem with this is when ice starts to build up which messes with your shields and only gives you half of what you originally got...

but if your playing rhino i can prioritize vit because of the iron skin and it would only take you a split of a second to cast iron skin and negate most of the damage...
